RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Present, promote, and sell marketing services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Establish and  develop positive business and customer relationships
  • Grind warm leads to a decision
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Successful individuals will possess excellent sales skills  with a closing mentality, strong work ethic and communication skills, an outgoing and competitive personality and coach-able attitude
  • Possess the aptitude to develop rapport with a prospect rapidly
  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM sales tools (Bonus points for Pipedrive experience)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (can be substituted for extra years of experience)
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events

COMPENSATION


  • $45,000 - $100,000+ depending on performance

This role is one that makes B2B, outbound texts, phone calls, and emails to mostly warm leads in targeted industries pitching marketing needs including websites, SEO, SEM, email, display, PPC, lead nurturing, branding, and etc.  There will be travel to specific industry trade shows where you will be asked to work in a booth to generate warm leads.  There will be some cold calling of former warm leads but that’s about it from a cold calling perspective.  You will receive direct hands-on training by the co-founders of the company on product knowledge and how to pitch within different industries.
