As a Success Manager with Aletheia Digital, you will embody this philosophy by serving clients daily and partnering with your team members to ensure the work we do meets and exceeds expectations.


As a Success Manager, the key responsibilities you’ll engage in daily are:


MAKE IT WORK FOR THE CLIENT


  • Develop effective campaigns to meet and exceed Client goals & expectations
  • Provide required information to the Fulfillment team to create or manage Client campaign
  • Track & Manage Client campaigns through Aletheia Digital CRM software including reporting current and future revenue and campaign platforms: i.e. Search, Display, Social, etc.
  • Serve as liaison between the Fulfillment team and the Client
  • Recommend incremental opportunities to grow Client’s relationship with Aletheia Digital


PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE


  • Manage the customer experience and client satisfaction with Aletheia Digital
  • Facilitate access to Client’s current account platforms (Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Website, etc.)
  • Monthly campaign performance review with the Client
  • Utilize reporting resources, i.e. TapClicks, CallRail, etc.


FORM AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS


  • Cultivate and nurture personal relationship with the Client
  • Identify and capture key personal information in Aletheia Digital CRM software
  • Deliver personal touch points “Beyond the Campaign”, i.e. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays, etc.


As a Success Manager, the desired or required experience we are looking for are:


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or Digital Advertising related field preferred
  • Exceptional people skills with a positive and cheerful disposition
  • Must be extremely resourceful and able to make sound recommendations based on research and aggregated data efficiently
  • Must be a self-starter who sets priorities, approaches new tasks with positivity and strives to execute with a high level of self-confidence, accountability, poise, maturity and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to manage the demands of completing multiple tasks under deadline
  • Must be a team player who is passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work
